Innocent or Guilty?

For the real criminals there should be a heavy punishment because they are guilty of any crime. But also in prisons there are innocent people who are there for a misunderstanding or self-defense. It is very difficult to know which is which. They are innocent and know that many times the perpetrators are free and the innocent prisoners. It is a pity that the country has laws that we do not usually serve for and others have to pay.
